Terms and Agreements

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between you (the “student”) and Mastery Academy for Dental Training ("Mastery Academy", "we", or "us").  We develop innovative continuing education and training programs geared towards shaping the future of dentistry and overall dental health care.
We've tried really hard to keep this Agreement as readable and straightforward as possible.  If you have suggestions that can help us improve it or any questions about this Agreement, please email us and let us know.  This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us.  This Agreement is the entire Agreement between us. By signing this agreement in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or conditions or guidelines we have set forth.
I. What is Mastery Academy
Mastery Academy is an institution educating and training dental professionals, preparing them for the postgraduate challenges of dentistry and enhancing their skills and knowledge so they could bring out their full potential. All seminars, courses, and curriculums are delivered by international and certified speakers and are recognized by international organizations, societies, and universities. Such as but are not limited to -  DGI (The GERMAN SOCIETY OF IMPLANTOLOGY), The Tubingen University in Germany ,the European Institute of Dental Education (EIDE) in Spain, Saudi Dental Society and Affordable CE Credits.
Above all else Mastery Academy does not issue diplomas, however, we provide certificates with corresponding credit hours. All our courses are ADA accredited and meet all Dental Education standards.
II. Comments and Feedback

Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information provided by you to us (“Comments”) are not confidential and you hereby grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, publish, modify, edit or otherwise use such Comments as we deem appropriate, for any and all commercial and/or non-commercial purposes, in our sole discretion.

III. Rules
 
When you enroll in one of are programs and short courses, you are also agreeing to comply with our rules and regulations. Below you will read our academic regulations, which govern your study and assessment, and our non-academic policies and regulations.  Please read them before you enroll to any of our programs to ensure that you understand the commitment you are making. Please also be aware that our policies and regulations can change at the start of any academic year.

c. You will not use the Services or Materials for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or insider trading.

d. You will not use our Course Materials to impersonate another person.

e. You will not imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Mastery Academy without our express written permission.
IV. Admission Fees
a. A non-refundable down payment is mandatory to guarantee your seats in our course/program. You may refer to each program's registration fee policy for the detailed amount.
b. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the program date is eligible for a full refund while cancellations received 2 weeks before the program is eligible for a 50% refund. Deadline of cancellations is 3 days before the program starts, any cancellations made after that will not receive any refund. Cancellation must be discussed and communicated directly to our course coordinator.
c. At the end of the contract term, you may opt to sign another contract if you want to enroll in another course provided by us.
d. Additional costs may apply for examination fees.

IMPLANT PROGRAM:
 
By enrolling in our Diploma in Implantology and Prosthodontics Program, you agree to all of the following:
a.  You hereby certify that you are a Dental Practitioner.
b. You will ensure the email address provided in your account registration is valid at all times and will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.

c. You will not use the Services or Materials for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or insider trading.

d. You will not use our Course Materials to impersonate another person.

e. You will not imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Mastery Academy without our express written permission.
 
Admission Fees
a. The program costs 12.250 Euros and we require a 2.250 Euros down payment to secure reservation. This registration fee is non-refundable, and only those who paid in full are eligible for our refund policy.
b. Balance is payable in 10 months for 10.000 Euros per month. Payment can be made either via bank transfer or credit card transaction.
Additional Costs
 
a. The program fees cover the cost of teaching, study materials, hand-outs and lectures and certificates. In addition to these fees, you are expected to cover the examination fee of 400 Euros.
Examination Policy
An examination is mandatory to pass this Diploma program;
a. The student must pay 400 Euros for the examination fee.
b. Students are required to complete the 70 MCQ examination and should get at least a minimum of 40 correct answers.
c. Students are required to present 3 cases that they performed while they were enrolled in the program, the cases should be;
  • at least (1) one  implant in aesthetic area
  • (1) one bone augmentation with or without implant placement and;
  • a sinus lift augmentation
Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. If you wish to cancel or withdraw from this program, you must notify us within 15 days before the start of the program or the next module by writing or calling us.
b. Only those who paid in full are eligible for a refund.
  • 100% refund for cancellation made two months before the program starting date.
  • 50% refund for cancellation made one month before the program starting date.
  • No refund for cancellation made less than 30 days before the program starting date.

By enrolling in our Preparatory Program for the Membership in Orthodontics of the RCSEd, you agree to all of the following:
a.  You hereby certify that you are a practicing Orthodontist with a minimum of at least 2 years experience. To know more about our prerequisites, you may get in touch with our program specialist at training@mastery-academy.com
b. You will ensure the email address provided in your account registration is valid at all times and will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.

c. You will not use the Services or Materials for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or insider trading.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Examination Policy
The student must pass the examination to acquire his/her Diploma in Endodontics from the University of Genoa
a. The student must pay 400 Euros for the examination fee.
b. The examination is composed of an MCQ examination and a case presentation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. If you wish to cancel or withdraw from this program, you must notify us within 15 days before the start of the program or the next module by writing or calling us.
b. Only those who paid in full are eligible for a refund.

a. The student must pay 400 Euros for the examination fee.
b. The examination is composed of an MCQ examination and a case presentation.

b. The examination is composed of an MCQ examination, open forum and a case presentation.

FOR ORTHODONTICS PROGRAM
 
By enrolling in our One-Year Program in Orthodontics, you agree to all of the following:
a.  You hereby certify that you are a Dental Practitioner.
b. You will ensure the email address provided in your account registration is valid at all times and will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.

c. You will not use the Services or Materials for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or insider trading.

d. You will not use our Course Materials to impersonate another person.

e. You will not imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Mastery Academy without our express written permission.
 
Admission Fees
a. The program costs 16.200 Euros and a 2.500 Euros down payment is required to secure admission. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
b. Balance is payable in installment terms.
b. Payment can be made either via bank transfer or credit card transactions.
Additional Costs
 
a. The program fees cover the cost of teaching, study materials, hand-outs and lectures and certificates. In addition to these fees, you are expected to cover the examination fee of 400 Euros.
Examination Policy
The student must pass the examination to acquire his/her Diploma in Orthodontics
a. The student must pay 400 Euros for the examination fee.
b. The examination is composed of an MCQ examination and a case presentation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. If you wish to cancel or withdraw from this program, you must notify us within 15 days before the start of the program or the next module by writing or calling us.
